The Elm City Iron Chef Competition is a cooking competition between local chefs that compete with a secret food ingredient for the title of Iron Chef Elm City. This entertaining and fast-paced entertainment show features celebrity judges and is televised on Citizens Television in New Haven in front of a live viewing audience at Gateway Community College.
